We will perform a platform change that requires us to restart all backend servers. To prevent unexpected behavior during this time, we will disable customer access to our platform for up to 15 minutes between 06:00 and 07:00 UTC while we are restarting those servers.
This means that during this period, webmail will be unavailable, and no messages can be sent using SMTP or received using IMAP. Incoming messages that arrive during this period will be queued and processed afterwards.
