Scheduled - On Thursday, July 9 between 09:00 CEST/03:00am EDT and 10:00 CEST/04:00am EDT we will be performing maintenance on our storage system to ensure the continued performance and stability of StartMail. During this time you may be unable to log in or send any email. Email you receive will arrive in your inbox with some delay after we're back.

Instability sending & receiving email
Resolved - A configuration issue caused instability for sending and receiving email. The issue was resolved a few minutes ago and the system was affected for almost an hour, from 09:30 AM UTC to 10:30 AM UTC. That's 05:30 AM to 06:30 AM New York time. Any mail that arrived during the instability should get retried or delivered soon if it hasn't already. If you were not able to send an email, then you can try again now and it should work. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

During this time you may experience intermittent and brief connection errors for the webmail (mail.startmail.com), IMAP and SMTP submission services. When you experience errors, please try again after a minute.

You may also be logged out of the webmail. If that happens then you can log back in and continue doing what you were doing.
