It turns out that the issue from earlier today was unfortunately not fully resolved yet, and additional firewall state resets were required. We have now fully addressed the problem, and availability and performance are back to normal.
The issue took much longer to resolve than you should expect from us. We’re revising our procedures to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for your patience.
