Identified
We have received more information about the cause of the outage. The issue has been traced to a cooling system malfunction at our upstream network provider. They are working to get the cooling system back operational as well as trying to restart the affected network hardware. The high temperatures are making this difficult. Our servers are not affected other than not having connectivity at the moment. We were able to at least bring the website back online. Email service is still out at the moment. We apologise for the continued inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Things have not fully stabilised yet, so service may be spotty right now. Our provider is aiming to give us an update at 6:30 CEST (4:30 UTC).

Update
We've been able to contact our upstream provider and they've confirmed that there is a major outage on their side. They are working hard to fix it but have not been able to give use an estimated resolution time. There is not a lot we can do right now but wait and monitor the situation. We will keep you posted. Our apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
