This Tuesday March 25, between 9:30-11:00 CET / 4:30am-6:00am EDT we will be performing maintenance on our servers to ensure the continued security and stability of StartMail.
During this time you may experience intermittent and brief connection errors for the webmail (mail.startmail.com), IMAP and SMTP submission services. When you experience errors, please try again after 10 minutes.
You may also be logged out of the webmail. If that happens then you can log back in and continue doing what you were doing.
We expect the impact on our service overall to be noticeable for both webmail and IMAP users. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. In case you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@startmail.com.
