On Tuesday July 20, 2021 between 06:00 and 07:00 (UTC) we will be performing maintenance on our storage system to ensure the continued performance and stability of StartMail.
During this time you may be unable to log in or send any email. Email sent to you will arrive in your mailbox after weʼre back with a few minutes of delay.
We will be using this maintenance window to switch over the active storage system to the standby and this is part of steps to improve performance (hardware upgrade).
We understand that the inability to access your mail may inconvenience you and will therefore have multiple engineers standing by to keep the disruption to a minimum.
